Our staff are perhaps our greatest asset. Some of our staff have been here since we first opened, and the more recent members follow their example for enthusiam and concern for the children in their care.
Jocelyn
Jocelyn is the owner and manager of LIttle Buds, a very experienced Nursery practitioner and something of a force of nature.
Her vision for her Nursery is to provide a comfortable nurturing space for the children and staff in her care, ensuring that everyone reaches their full potential
Christine
Christine is our Deputy Manager and also our Deputy Safeguarding Lead.
She is a very experienced childcare expert, dealing in areas such as phonics and communication.
She says that her goal in the Nursery to to help the children become more independent and confident in expressing themselves. Communication is essential for children in socialising with other children.
Christine was also the Towergate Nursery Worker of the Year, 2018

Nysha is our apprentice, working and learning in the setting, but also bringing new and fresh ideas and energy to us from the course work that she needs to complete as a part of her studies.
Laura - Our Music Teacher
Laura comes into the Setting on a Friday with her ukelele and runs our Music class. The children will sing, dance, clap, and play rhythms on various instruments
Sofia
Sofia is our cook and is responsible for providing us with freshly cooked meals every day. Our menus are carefully planned to be nutritious and healthy in line with the guidance set out in the Happy and Healthy in Hackney programme.
Pascal is our French Teacher.
She comes into the setting once a week to help the children to learn French through songs and play.
