Our staff are perhaps our greatest asset. Some of our staff have been here since we first opened, and the more recent members follow their example for enthusiam and concern for the children in their care.

Christine
Christine is our Deputy Manager and also our Deputy Safeguarding Lead.
She is a very experienced childcare expert, dealing in areas such as phonics and communication.
She says that her goal in the Nursery to to help the children become more independent and confident in expressing themselves. Communication is essential for children in socialising with other children.
Christine was also the Towergate Nursery Worker of the Year, 2018
Valerie
Valerie has been working at Little Buds for many years and is so experienced in working with children.
She says that she enjoys watching the children acquire new skills and becoming more confident as they learn.
Ellie
Ellie is another of our old hands.
She likes to bring creative ideas into the Setting and to help the children develop their own creative side in a different and individual way.

Sofia
Sofia is our cook and is responsible for providing us with freshly cooked meals every day. Our menus are carefully planned to be nutritious and healthy in line with the guidance set out in the Happy and Healthy in Hackney programme.
Pascal is our French Teacher.
She comes into the setting once a week to help the children to learn French through songs and play.
